Our client is a market leading manufacturing company. Due to company success they have a Regional Sales Executive vacancy available in their UK Depot and will be responsible for developing and maintaining new and existing client accounts across several regions.
A motivated and tenacious individual would thrive in this role. Previous sales experience is preferred but not essential. Attitude is crucial and strong administration skills would be needed to manage the day to day workload. This role will be demanding and requires driven individual who is keen to achieve and able to communicate with high-level clients.
The Regional Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling rental machinery primarily into the industrial market and deliver the best bespoke solution for each client.
Duties include but not limited to:
Proactively manage existing clients delivering new sales and business development.
Propose, negotiate and close contracts with new and existing customers.
Attend client meetings and site visits across your territory.
Identify potential additional clients and relevant lapsed accounts and implement sales strategies to engage business contacts and develop sales opportunities.
Liaise with technical experts to ensure technical specifications are accurate for each contract.
Work closely with customers to gain an understanding of their business and specific needs, managing sales pipeline.
Take ownership Project manage each client order from initial enquiry to delivery and provide aftercare support.
Assess the quality of delivery of solutions to address short and long term customer need.
Attend company sales meetings to ensure that information/data is relevant to enhance sales prospects.
Ensure the all sales is documented and updated daily.
Undertake adhoc admin duties in the office.
Essential Skills and Experience:
A confident attitude, excellent communicator and punctual.
A mechanical background would be advantageous.
Good financial acumen and negotiation experience.
Presentable at all times.
Ability to take ownership of own workload and deliver business targets.
MUST have full UK drivers’ licence.
