Service Service has a brand new opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant to join their small but perfectly formed business.
The Engineering/Manufacturing division is growing and this has created the need for a new person to join the team.
I could go on for hours about why we are so good at what we do, why we have been around for so long and why we continue to work with some of the greatest business names in Norfolk, but I won't. Hopefully you'll pick up on all this when we chat.
This really is a a brilliant opportunity to take something good and make it even better. Grow it. Develop it. Make it your own success story. Get your own team through expansion. Feel great about what you're doing and be responsible for your own career.
And how to do this?
You just need to be of the right mindset. You need to be enthusiastic. Hard working. An opportunist. You must be able to communicate extremely well (after all...recruitment is all about communications) in both verbal and written formats. You need to be able to create, to have ideas, to think smart, to not let things get the better of you, to be positive. You need to want to be the best at what you do, not in an aggressive manner though. And a slightly warped sense of humour has always helped!
Ideally you will have a technical mind, a technical understanding, perhaps having worked in an engineering environment yourself, along with the ability to service, communicate, sell and engage with others at all levels, or be genuinely interested in this sector and be able to learn very quickly the language , terminology and world of the exciting and interesting engineering sector. You need to know that this is a very sales driven environment (although bizarrely we don't hard sell at all), but you need to be comfortable with this.
This is a UK based role and you must live in Norfolk and be able to travel daily to Norwich. If not, then do not apply.
Salary. There is one (I haven't listed it as it does completely depend on your skill set/level of experience etc.) And commission. And other stuff too. And once you're happy and busy and flying straight then you can work from home if you want to.
If you think this is for you and you have read all the way down to here, nodding your head in appreciation and imagining yourself in this type of business, then go for it!
