Paraplanner

My client is an award-winning employer who promote from within and encourage their staff to excel and better themselves, their Norwich office is looking to bolster their numbers with the addition of an experienced (2 years minimum) and qualified (level four) Paraplanner.
The purpose of this role is to provide first-class financial planning and client review reports for consideration and sign off by consultants in accordance with agreed standards for suitability and quality.

Purpose of the role
To analyse recorded client information, needs and objectives in order to prepare financial planning and client review reports to agreed standards.

To identify and discuss with consultants / compliance recommended courses of action using approved sources.

To conduct product and provider research using approved sources.

To maintain clear and accurate records electronically to support research conducted and recommendations made.

To use my clients internal diary system to effectively plan and prioritise workload, and to ensure client servicing is conducted as agreed.

To ensure complete and accurate client records are maintained electronically, complying with the requirements of the Data Protection Act 2018.

To foster good working relationships with all Colleagues.

To undertake ad-hoc tasks and contribute to projects as requested by Company Directors.

To continually develop relevant regulatory, product and provider knowledge and undertake continuous professional development in line with company policy and record accordingly
