Our client is a very successful and well renowned Norwich brand which, due to exponential growth, is recruiting for Outbound Telesales Executives for their high achieving B2C team.
Salary: £20,500 + uncapped commission
Mon-Fri, Full time 37.5hrs - Occasional Saturday work in the December ONLY.
The goal of this role is to reengage and build strong relationships with existing customer, offering customers bespoke solutions to encourage repeat business. Making a high volume of outbound calls to existing customers, developing customer rapport.
Identify, advice and close sales opportunities.
Providing ongoing account management and focus on developing excellent customer relationships.
Forthright negotiation and objection handling, whilst ensuring an excellent service is provided throughout.
Target orientated, Self-motivated, driven and motivated by money.
Proven track record in a sales environment - 1-2+ years outbound telesales experience essential.
PC literate with experience of Microsoft Office.
Hard working, reliable and capable.
Genuine and dedicated to delivering an exceptional standard of customer care.
Quick to build rapport and an excellent closer.
Strong interpersonal skills & verbal communication skills at all levels
