Role Purpose
This role is ideal for proactive creatives who want to be an integral part of the typical client lifecycle through presenting the right information, at the right time, in the right place, to the right people. Ideal candidates will be passionate about professional development and have a strong business acumen.
As a Marketing Executive you will be responsible for researching, planning, designing, monitoring, and reviewing a range of campaigns to support key business objectives. The ideal candidate will be a proud brand ambassador and therefore a strong belief in product and company is essential.
Key roles and responsibilities
1. Create online marketing campaigns around key business objectives and strategies that increase brand awareness, consideration, preference, and loyalty
2. Be part of a core business development team, always working collaboratively to support each other
3. Continue to increase brand accessibility, reviewing and modifying our presence on and offline
4. Be the external communications channel for the company; proofreading copy and making alterations that ensure it is accessible to the audience
5. Where appropriate, source advertising opportunities and sponsorship opportunities that align to the company's brand, vision, mission and values
6. Design marketing materials such as digital brochures, images for social media and video adverts using the Adobe Creative Cloud suite.
7. Lead a culture of content creation across the company, including blogs and vlogs
8. Run social media channels, monitoring feedback, reviews, and opportunities for engagement
9. Conduct market research and use this to inform and review our marketing strategy
10. Develop relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external and be a proud voice for the company

Accountabilities
1. Support my client in developing their brand and market presence
2. Provide objective advice to the leadership and management team so informed decisions are made against business strategies
3. Identify areas of opportunity and propose new ideas by taking a creative, solution focussed approach
4. Identify areas of risk arising from stakeholders' experience or with the systems or processes
5. Ensure both internal and external performance and quality standards are met, and evidenced in appropriate systems
6. Ensuring that all stakeholders are communicated with in a polite, professional, and timely manner
7. Keep departmental leaders updated
8. Contribute to a culture of performance and quality built on transparency, respect, and high professional standards

Requirements
1. Professional aptitude always
2. Proficiency in using a range of IT systems and ensuring these are kept up to date in live time
3. Confident in presenting online
4. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
5. Strong organisational and time management skills
6. A strong commitment to Continuing Professional Development (CPD) with evidence of own ongoing CPD.
7. Interpersonal skills
8. Enthusiasm, positivity, motivation, and commitment
9. Patience and a sense of humour
