We are recruiting for an IT Support Engineer to join an exciting & niche manufacture Norfolk.
Monday to Friday - £25,000pa
The IT Support Engineer will be responsible for maintaining and improving all IT services such as infrastructure support and network and server maintenance including managing the helpdesk.
IT infrastructure support & delivery projects
Client, server, storage, network, communication & security systems.
Responsibility for system backups/restores.
General IT operations, support & delivery duties.
Co-ordination and implementation of on-going IT & Facilities related projects.
Monitoring of systems availability.
Purchase order request administration.
Stock, asset control and auditing administration.
General IT administration.
General Facilities tasks to support the business.
Installation, configuration and administration of operating systems and applications.
Implementation, configuration and administration of hardware platforms.
Prioritised action on outstanding items on a task list or helpdesk queue.
Logging and tracking of helpdesk calls.
Experience in working in an IT support role.
Experience in implementing and supporting Microsoft Servers/Desktop Clients.
Strong knowledge of Windows7/10, MS Windows Server 2008R2, 2012 & Office 365.
Understanding of networks and infrastructure.
Good attention to detail and thrives under pressure.
