Due to continued growth, my client is looking for an Internal Sales Account Manager with the aim to provide top class sales support to their existing client base. This is a pivotal role in the growth of the business.
Duties and responsibilities include: -
Managing incoming sales enquires generated via telephone, email and website contact
Dealing with enquiries from existing clients about their products and services.
Supporting external sales team, preparing quotes, and collating information and scheduling meetings
Dealing with enquiries generated by technical team, preparing quotes
Developing existing accounts, upselling and introducing new products and services
Review and Renewal of existing services and contracts
Developing new sales opportunities using outbound cold calls, emails, social media and other avenues
Following up on existing leads and outstanding quotes
Building rapport by providing regular telephone contact with existing customers
Working with suppliers to obtain best pricing and managing deal registration
Skills and Qualifications Required: -
Proven account management/client relationship skills
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
Time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good numeracy skills for accurate calculation of sales prices, discounts and percentages
Ability to comfortably talk to clients and ability to make cold calls to generate new clients
Willingness to lean about new products and services
IT skills, able to use Office application and learn to use internal CRM & quoting tool
This vacancy is flexible and offers the rare opportunity for it to be either full-time or part-time.
This company is offering;
Salary up to £25k + bonus (pro rata if part-time)
Standard Office hours 8:30am to 5pm Monday to Friday
