My client, a well established Financial Planning firm located just out of the city centre of Norwich are looking for an experienced IFA Administrative professional to join their well established team.
We have an excellent relationship with our client and know they operate a very close knit, friendly and family orientated organisation, so fitting in with them is just as important and being a Financial Services Professional.
This position entails working closely with a specified adviser, processing new business applications, administration of existing plans, providing client valuations and review letters. You will liaise with clients and product providers on existing and new business via the telephone, email and letter.
Procedures for both new business and client reviews are well established thus enabling all members of the team to operate in the same manner.
Previous experience in administration processes within an IFA practice
Desirable - Experience of Intelliflo and Transact
Technical knowledge of products and procedures
Desirable - Administration of pensions including drawdown and FAD, investments including WRAPs, life insurance and mortgages
Articulate, good communication and organizational skills
Ability to work within established team structure
Ability to prioritise workload and perform to a high standard in pressurised environment
Attention to detail
My client are a long established, busy practice who currently have assets under management of £250 million. It is important that their clients and their money is looked after efficiently and appropriately.
Their back-office system is Intelligent Office which is used for all admin processes, including payment of adviser fees.
Transact is their Wrap of choice though they also use Aviva, Nucleus and Old Mutual Wealth.
Salary level is £18,000 - £25,000 (depending on experience)
This is a full-time, permanent vacancy
Holiday entitlement is 25 days per annum
Working hours are 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday inclusive
Office location is just outside central Norwich
