My client a successful and rapidly expanding Norfolk based chartered Financial Planning firm require a Financial services Administrator for their satellite office based in a small North Norfolk town.

This challenging role has arisen to support one of my clients Financial Planners and is a great opportunity for a responsible, self-motivated, well organised candidate to become an important asset to this growing team.

The Role

You will work with my clients existing research team researching a broad range of financial products across all financial sectors.
You will work alongside Chartered Financial Planners in the selection of appropriate investment solutions.
You will ideally have excellent report writing skills including correlating research into reports to present to the Adviser, Compliance and clients.
Responsibilities

You will maintain regular contact with clients providing assistance where required.
You will liaise with various providers, gathering and correlating plan and policy information and ensuring a smooth and timely business process.
You will manage and maintain a precise record of pipeline and submitted business in order to be able to update clients and Advisers accordingly.
You will carry out general Administration duties.
The ideal candidate

You will have the ability to build strong working relationships with both the IFA, and the rest of the team. Previous experience of working within a similar admin or paraplanning role within a financial services business is essential.

It is essential that you possess strong communication skills, have a high attention for detail, and have interpersonal and organisational skills with the ability to work in a busy, fun and professional environment. You must be happy to work on your own and as part of a team and have excellent time management skills.

Knowledge of financial products would be advantageous.

Hour of work are 9:00 am to 17:30 pm
