My client is a well-established Financial Planning Practice with office in central Norwich and rural Norfolk, they have a strong client following, having served the local community for all most forty years; providing informed, impartial and independent financial advice across the full range of financial services.

Job description

Due to increased growth, my client has the rare opportunity to join their experienced team. The role is to be an employed adviser and can be situated across both or one of my clients offices to suit.
The successful candidate will receive an existing book of over 100 clients, a basic salary (negotiable dependent on experience) plus bonus relating to turnover (subject to achieving certain KPIs). The provided client bank will allow bonus to be achieved comfortably.

Key Responsibilities

You will conduct in-depth financial reviews with clients, ensuring that their goals are met.
You will provide expert advice on investments, retirement planning, estate planning, and other financial matters.
You will build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and excellent customer service
You will stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
You will work collaboratively with my clients support team to ensure the best outcomes for clients.
Essential Requirements
You will be Level 4 qualified (minimum)
You will hold good communication and listening skills
You will be a strong team player
You will act with honesty and integrity

The successful candidate will receive support from my clients experienced team of administrators and paraplanners along with a full client bank, so no need to bring any clients with you if you are an existing adviser.
You will be given all the tools required to fulfil your role and provide an excellent ongoing service to our existing clients along with building relationships with any new clients. You will not be expected to generate leads, as my client receives an excellent level of new clients who are referred by existing clients and professional introducers.

If you do build your client bank and fee income, your income will increase in line with my clients bonus scheme.
Additionally, the successful candidate will have full input to my clients processes so if you ever see a way of improving what my client does, they are always willing to listen.

If you do wish to increase your learning and progress to Chartered status, my client will happily support you and also have a reward scheme in place to give you some added motivation.

Hours of work: 35 per week, Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm (the role is preferred to be office based, as most of my clients customer base do come in to see them, working from home can be permitted upon occasion.
