Our client is a market leading tech company and due to company success they have a vacancy for a Business Development Manager responsible for developing and maintaining new and existing client accounts.

£26,000 - £30,000 + Bonus + Benefits + Car allowance

Previous B2B sales experience is essential and experience selling a diverse range of products/services is required as the Business Development Manager will quote bespoke solutions for each client.

A motivated and tenacious individual would thrive in this role. Attitude is crucial and good administration skills would be needed to manage the day to day workload. This role will be demanding and requires driven individual who is keen to achieve and able to communicate with high-level clients.

Duties include but not limited to:

Take responsibility for driving new business sales opportunities, from initial prospect to closing the opportunity.
Be required to build a prospect list to ensure the sustainability of your pipeline is upheld and your agreed revenue targets are achieved and exceeded.
Take direction in bringing together 3rd parties to ensure the right solutions are proposed and executed.
Attend networking events to ensure the brand name gains maximum exposure.
Maintain the ongoing account relationship to maximise future growth opportunities.
Make warm sales calls to existing customers in order to up sell products and services.
Be focused on Quote Creation/ Business Development/ Client Relationship management.
Building strong relationships with appropriate potential and existing customers.
Through a committed approach towards delivering innovative sales performance, achieve personal targets for new business and customer retention.
Working closely with the Business Development Director to ensure all KPI's are met.
Essential Skills and Experience:

A confident attitude, excellent communicator and punctual.
A digital marketing background/knowledge would be advantageous.
Presentable at all times.
Ability to take ownership of own workload and deliver business targets.
MUST have full UK drivers’ licence.
