A cracking opportunity now exists for a Business Development Manager within a very recognisable market leading business in Norwich.
This position will find you in full sales flow, utilising all of your gained skills and knowledge and putting to great use to create new opportunities, build, grow and develop relationships and close deals.
As you can see, this is a full-on development role and there is no faking it! You will need to have the genuine passion and fire for sales; the individual that genuinely enjoys the buzz, the thrill of the chase, the challenge and the feeling of sheer euphoria when you get the deal in!

This is predominantly office based, but you will have opportunities to visit clients to give presentations, finalise deals and build relationships. You can set up your own marketing campaigns and promotions and attend events too.
It goes without saying that you must have experience in the B2B sales sector and be a skilled negotiator and excellent communicator. You must have an eye for detial (!) and have a very strong work ethic. On top of all this, you must enjoy what you do!
A very good salary plus commission is offered with great benefits too.
