We are recruiting for a Business Development Executive to join a thriving organisation in Norwich who provide infrastructure across the UK.
The Business Developer will be responsible for identifying & approaching prospective customers via phone and email, updating the CRM system and developing professional relationships with key contacts to open up and win business opportunities.
As well as sales, the BDE will be responsible for the marketing of the business and the services it can offer customers. This will be via social media posts but will also include email marketing.
This role is within the construction industry so a knowledge of this sector would be useful however, proven sales experience is essential and the ability to handle objections will be needed due to the nature of the sector.

In return, the Business Development Executive will be on a salary of up to £25,000pa + Commission, working Monday – Friday, standard office hours, office based.
The company can be flexible and could even consider offering this on a part-time basis if this is a requirement of the applicants.
