My client, who have been established for over two decades is looking for a Financial Administration professional to join their already thriving team.

This is a brand new position to assist their growing advice practice and you must be AAT level 4 qualified to be suitable for this vacancy. My client is looking for the right person first and foremost.

The role is full-time, permanent and office based, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a local independent financial planning firm based in central King’s Lynn.

Key Requirements
• You will enter Fees on the system as requested by the Paraplanners/Advisers
• You will prepare and Import provider statement data into inhouse Financial Planning Software “Intelliflo (IO)”
• You will review and make live electronically received supplier statements
• You will check that entries on the statements have auto allocated to the correct clients and plans, adjust as necessary
• You will manually allocate any entries that did not auto allocate
• You will prepare templates to import bank receipts into IO
• You will match bank receipts to appropriate provider statements and client paid fee amounts.
• You will produce month end excel reports of all income received and manipulate to produce sales data to be imported into Sage using sage templates.
• You will produce various MI reports from templates in I/O
• You will process monthly client profitability reports for advisers
• You will process monthly MiFid reports for advisors
• You will Input supplier invoices to sage
• You will prepare lists of supplier bacs payments for processing by the Admin Director
• You will post supplier payments to Sage
• You will import sales transaction data from Sage templates
• You will post monthly Journals as required
• You will check debtors list on sage, agrees with Debtors list in IO
• You will export TB, P&L & Balance Sheet data for monthly management accounts
• You will complete quarterly VAT returns, including partial exemption adjustments for review by Admin Director

You will also directly assist the Admin Director
• You will assist with the preparation of FCA reports
• You will assist with the annual budget
• You will assist with additional tasks as required

A competitive remuneration package is available to suit qualifications and experience in line with the market rate, £25-30,000.00 DOE
