This unique organisation has an opportunity for a 3rd Line Support - Service Delivery Analyst to coordinate and integrate new clients into the system. The Service Delivery Analyst will project manage each individual onboarding and be the key contact for any technical issues and account queries.
Monday - Friday, 9am to 5.30pm

It is ideal for any technically minded IT professionals who have a proven track record in troubleshooting bespoke software/CRM systems and had exposure to project management. An excellent knowledge of Office 365 & Sharepoint would be required also.
Implement and manage the clients onboarding from the initial project meeting through to the agreed Go Live deadline.
React and resolve to likely technical issues that arise and escalate to internal teams when needed.
Communicate with clients and internal departments, managing client relationships and timescales, to ensure the onboarding process stays on track and has a smooth delivery.
Track and resolve client IT queries using a ticketing system and create reports to identify trends in the technical issues.
Directly report to the line manager to deliver any feedback, statistics or escalate issues and act accordingly to ensure the process is always being reviewed for the best possible service.
